Digital SEO Inc. Privacy Policy
Policy version prepared October 13, 2026.
Who we are and how to contact us
Digital SEO Inc. provides website, search visibility, digital presence and related professional services from Phoenix, Arizona. This policy explains information handling through www.DigitalSEOInc.com, its inquiry forms and related inquiry communications.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Info@DigitalSEOInc.com, call (602) 748-5659, or write to Digital SEO Inc., 112 N Central Avenue, Suite 600C, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Please identify your request without sending passwords, payment details or confidential customer records.
Information you provide
Our forms collect the information entered into their fields. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, telephone number, business name, website address, requested service, project description or message. The main Contact form also records inquiry consent and an independently selected marketing preference. We may retain related communications needed to understand and respond to your request.
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. These forms are not intended for credentials, payment information, medical information or confidential records belonging to your customers or other people. If a project requires additional information, its collection and handling should be addressed through the agreed project process rather than an unsolicited form submission.
Why we use inquiry information
We use inquiry information to respond to questions, discuss requested services, prepare proposals, arrange appropriate follow-up, maintain a record of relevant communications and manage the transition to client services when you engage us. Information may also be needed to address misuse, investigate a reported problem, handle privacy requests, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Inquiry responses and service communications are distinct from promotional communications.
Hosting, form storage and email
Our website uses Duda hosting and form tools. Submitted information is processed through the website's form-response system. Form notification features can also send inquiry information by email to our designated business mailbox. The main Contact form is configured to send an acknowledgment to the submitter; the other three existing forms currently have their acknowledgment emails disabled. A success message or acknowledgment does not guarantee that a notification has arrived in a particular inbox.
The main Contact form sends a brief acknowledgment without reproducing your submitted message or field values. Its acknowledgment is separate from the notification sent to our business mailbox. The three other existing inquiry forms do not send acknowledgment emails unless their settings are separately changed and this policy is updated.
Notifications addressed to Info@DigitalSEOInc.com are forwarded to digitalseoinc@gmail.com, a Google Gmail mailbox used by Eric Brown for inquiries. Email forwarding services and Google process information to route, deliver and store those messages. Digital SEO Inc. does not automatically enroll inquiry submitters in marketing or copy inquiries to an additional CRM or spreadsheet. Duda and the providers operating the relevant email systems process information to provide their services. Email copies and Duda form records are separate records; removing a record from one system does not itself remove copies in other systems.
Website analytics and cookies
Optional Duda platform visit analytics, including the previously identified Snowplow measurement, is disabled in this website configuration. Website delivery and spam-prevention features can still involve technical information and cookies. Disabling native analytics does not automatically stop third-party services from processing information or setting cookies. Browser controls may let you block or remove cookies, which can affect some features. We do not currently provide a category-based cookie-consent system or promise that all optional third-party requests are blocked before consent. The 12-month inquiry-retention rule is not a cookie expiry period. Any later optional measurement will require an updated description of its purpose and available choices.
Google reCAPTCHA and YouTube
Google reCAPTCHA is used with our forms for spam prevention. Our Services page contains an embedded YouTube video. These services can involve communication with Google when the relevant feature loads or is used. Google describes processing of technical information such as device/browser information, IP addresses and service interactions in its Privacy Policy. Google's processing depends on the service, settings and your interaction; this policy does not certify the exact data transmitted by every website session.
YouTube content is a third-party feature. Its presence is not evidence that Digital SEO Inc. has installed a Google advertising pixel or Google Analytics property. Choosing not to play a video should not be treated as proof that an already loaded embed made no third-party requests.
Service providers and other disclosures
Verified website providers include Duda for website hosting/forms and Google for reCAPTCHA and embedded YouTube. Snowplow technology was identified within Duda's platform analytics; it is not evidence of a separate Digital SEO Inc. Snowplow account. Google Gmail receives the forwarded inquiry notifications described above; forwarding-service processing also applies.
Providers may process information under their own service terms and privacy practices. Their policies do not replace this policy. We do not promise that all processing occurs in Arizona or exclusively in the United States. Duda's Privacy Policy provides information about Duda's processing.
Information may also need to be disclosed to authorized advisers or other parties where required by law or necessary for a documented legal matter. That is not an assertion that a particular disclosure has occurred. This policy does not make a promise that all processing occurs in a particular country or that providers have no independent processing role.
Access and information security
Our inquiry-access policy limits submitted inquiry information to Eric Brown and other authorized Digital SEO Inc. personnel responsible for inquiries and client services, according to their assigned responsibilities. Service providers also process information as described above; the personnel policy does not mean that providers have no processing role.
Access should be appropriate to the assigned task. This personnel policy does not describe or guarantee each service provider's technical permission, storage or backup controls. The website uses HTTPS, but that fact alone does not establish every storage or email safeguard. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Contact us if you believe your inquiry information has been exposed or used improperly.
Retention and deletion
Non-client contact-form inquiries are generally retained for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, subject to applicable legal obligations and documented exceptions. This policy applies to the inquiry and related working copies, including relevant notification emails and authorized exports. It is a retention rule and does not mean records are automatically deleted from every system.
If an inquiry becomes a client matter, related information is handled as a client record under the applicable service agreement, record requirements and documented retention arrangements. The non-client 12-month rule does not establish a retention period for all client, accounting or legal records.
Legal holds or documented exceptions may require limited information to be retained longer. Deletion must consider separate Duda records, email copies and exports. Provider-controlled backups or logs may have separate handling and retention; we do not promise immediate erasure from every provider system or backup.
Marketing choices
The main Contact form includes a separate optional marketing checkbox. It must remain independent from submitting an inquiry and must not be preselected. An inquiry alone is not permission to enroll you in a marketing list. No automatic marketing-enrollment workflow is used for these inquiry forms. Any future promotional workflow must respect the separate choice and available unsubscribe options. If you receive promotional emails, use the offered unsubscribe method or contact Info@DigitalSEOInc.com to request that they stop. Necessary inquiry or client-service communications may continue separately.
Privacy requests and applicable rights
You may contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, ask about retention, or withdraw an optional marketing preference. Depending on your location, the applicable law and the circumstances, you may have additional rights such as access, a copy of information, restriction, objection, portability or an appeal. Not every right applies to every person or record.
We will evaluate the request under applicable requirements, verify identity proportionately where needed, and explain any applicable limits or necessary retention. Please do not send an identity document unless we specifically explain why it is needed and provide an appropriate method. This policy does not promise an unverified legal response deadline, universal rights coverage or compliance certification.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. We will update the policy version and information-handling description when our practices change, including changes to analytics, embedded services, forms, acknowledgments or marketing tools.
